Mommy's Trouble Makers...

So...How I am supposed to keep my eye on both of these girls?!? I never thought Abbie would get into EVERYTHING like her sister did (actually still does) BUT...she is obviously starting already!!

Beautiful Weather

The girls and I have been loving this summer-like weather. It was 85 and sunny a few days this week so we've been playing outside a lot. Andie even got to play in the kiddie pool already...in April!

Easter 2009

Happy Easter from the Janosik's!!

We started Easter morning with a little egg hunt around the living room and a search for Easter baskets. We then spent the afternoon at the Annual Schneider Easter Egg Hunt! We had a great time with family. This year we had three "egg hunt" divisions. First we had the 2-3yr olds...then the adults...and after their nap an under 1yr division. We all had so much fun searching for eggs. This year Dan got the $100 egg...lucky duck!! We missed all the "egg hunters" that couldn't make it...but it sure did make our odds better ...hahaha!

Abbie is getting so big. She will be 10 months old April 19th...her 1st year is going so fast. She is finally sleeping through the night which mommy and daddy are very happy about. She is now a great eater and yells if you don't feed her fast enough. She smiles...all the time. She is standing up and last week started getting courageous enough to start letting go of her support system. (I am definitely not ready for my little baby to walk yet :) She loves to patty cake and has the cutest little "roll it."

"Guinea Pig" or "Mama Mouse"

Meet the newest Janosik....our new hampster "Guinea Pig." Yes you read that right, that's her name. Can you guess what little 3 yr old would have given her such an appropriate name?! haha! Her "appropriate" nickname is Mama Mouse. Do we seem confused or what. She is cute though, isn't she?!

Andie turns 3 like a celebrity

Andrea turned 3 like a Celebrity because she kinda had an entire Birthday Week and it was great!! Her actual bday was on March 10th. The day before her birthday we went to the mall and she made a Build A Bear kitty that she appropriately named "Mrs. Bigglesworth" (our cat at home is Mr. Bigglesworth). We went out to dinner the night of her bday and guess where she chose to go...the chinese buffet. I know...only my 3 yr old. Then on the weekend we had a small bday party which was wonderful b/c all Andie's grandparents were able to make it except for Grammy Kay (we missed you.) Grandma Slack traveled all the way from Chicago and Papa Mark came from Tennessee! As I was planning Andie's party I expected to do a princess party...she is sooo into dress-up. But NO my little girl wanted Spongebob Squarepants! So Spongebob it was! I made my 1st homemade "decorated" cake and we had a blast! Andrea got a new swingset from mommy, daddy and Abbie so all the kids got to play. Thank you to everyone for making Andie's 3rd birthday so special.
